About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated NDIS Support Worker to support a participant located in Miles, Queensland.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred assistance based on the participant's individual needs, preferences, and support requirements. We are looking for someone who is patient, skilled, dependable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities




Provide personalised support in line with the participant's needs and support plan.
Assist with daily living activities, as required.
Encourage independence, confidence, and personal choice.
Support community access and participation in meaningful activities, where required.
Build a positive and respectful relationship with the participant.
Maintain accurate progress notes and report any incidents or concerns.
Follow relevant workplace policies, procedures, and NDIS requirements.
Respect the participant's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
