As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you will support people to build independence, stay connected and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences. You will provide person-centred support while helping create a secure, positive and welcoming environment.

Join Our Team in Oatley, Recent South Wales
We are looking for a reliable, caring and proactive FEMALE Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis in Oatley.

This role would suit someone who is engaging, patient and responsible, with a genuine interest in supporting others and helping them achieve their daily goals.

Who We Are Looking For
A reliable and punctual support worker who can commit to the agreed roster.
Someone who is empathetic, proactive and willing to learn.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Someone who respects individual needs, preferences and routines.
A team player who follows support plans and maintains clear shift notes.

Previous experience in disability support or aged care is highly regarded.





Support Includes
Assistance with daily routines and personal care, where required.
Supporting independence and participation in everyday activities.
Community access and social engagement, where required.
Meal preparation and household tasks, where required.
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes.
Following support plans and completing shift notes.

Available Roster Casual Position
Tuesday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Friday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Pay Rate Schedule B, Casual Rate
Hourly pay rate, including casual loading: $45.28
