We are currently seeking for an experienced and motivated full time Chef who can join us and develop our brand.

An ideal candidate will be a passionate individual committed to maintaining a high standard of food quality, preparation, service, safety and hygiene in our kitchen according to the standards required by the management.

Your skills and experiences
At least a relevant Diploma qualification with at least one year experience as a Chef
Excellent communication and organisational skills demonstrated by working within the shift team to ensure all Mise en Place is ready and orders are fulfilled.
A passion for delivering exceptional cuisine, maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served.
Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
Assist with menu developing, ensure food quality, consistency,



portion control and presentation standards are always maintained
Appropriately portioning, plating up and seasoning food during service
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes
Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure adequate inventory levels and make sure of timely order of ingredients to maintain adequate stock levels
Correctly storing food items following food safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations

What’s on offer
A long-term full time position. Annual salary – $79,500 to 85,000 Prospect to demonstrate your passion and creativity.
