Bonus if you have experience and knowledge in Japanese food
Experience in leading, managing and training kitchen brigade
Ability to perform under pressure in a high volume kitchen
Able to communicate well in English and ability to speak in Japanese is most desirable.
Have commercial cooking experiences with at least 3 years management skill.
Either Australian citizen or PR or those who want to get sponsor.
Training is provided.
Pay: $66,700.00 – $107,000.00 per year
