We're looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team.If you're hands-on, organised and enjoy a rapid-paced environment where every day brings something different, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a supportive and energetic team.Your main responsibilities:Support the day to day logistics requirements of the businessCoordinate transportation for team members, guests, equipment and goods as requiredTransport stock and supplies between venues and our Pyrmont head officeCoordinate delivery schedules to ensure goods and services arrive safely and on timeDrive DHG fleet vans and trucks under 5 tonnes.Operate forklifts as required.Coordinate with operations team to set up and break down of event spacesOrganise and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiencySupport event operations across Sydney locationsWhat we are looking for?
Ability to drive a truck up to 5 tonnes is essentialFlexible and willing to work across a 7 day roster including evenings is essentialForklift license is essentialReliable,



organised and hands-onStrong ability walking and using stairs, standing for extended periods, manual handling and liftingComfortable working in a fast-paced operational environmentPhysical capability for manual handlingStrong work ethic and reliabilityThis role is based out of Sylvania Waters, so reliable personal transport is required and will include weekend and evening work.Why you will love working with us?
