You'll bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to confidently lead small to medium-sized project teams within a collaborative, design-led practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of multi-residential projects from Feasibility and Concept through to Town Planning and early Design DevelopmentDevelop creative, commercially informed design solutions with strong planning outcomesLead client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and consultant coordinationManage project programs, budgets, resourcing, and project outcomes in collaboration with leadership and operations teamsMentor and support project teams, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and professional growthContribute to design reviews, competitions, studio initiatives, and continuous improvement across the practiceEnsure projects align with relevant codes, regulations, sustainability principles,
