Supervise and support retail staff during daily store operations

Allocate daily tasks, organise staff coverage, and assist with preparation of rosters

Train,coach, and mentor sales staff in customer service, product knowledge , and sales technique.

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

Open and close the store and ensure appropriate security procedures are taken.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

Process sales, refunds, and exchanges

Perform Daily Cash handling and end of day procedures

Monitor stock levels and co ordinate stock replenishment and transfers between stores

Receive check and record incoming stock and deliveries

Conduct regular stock takes.





ensure jewellery and merchandise are presented attractively and displays are maintained to brand standards

Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays

Maintain accurate product pricing labelling and inventory records

Maintain store cleanliness presentation and workplace safety standards

Ensure staff comply with company policies procedures and relevant retail requirements

Assist store manager with day to day operations and take responsibility when store manager not available

Pay: $80,000.00 – $81,930.41 per year
