About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with The Andersen Partnership, you’ll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional candidates with great clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while growing your portfolio and driving business development.

Responsibilities
Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements




Conduct daily candidate searches and build strong talent communities to meet client needs
Consistently achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targets while growing your client base
Build strong, skilled relationships with both candidates and clients
Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a positive, resilient outlook

What we are looking for
Experience within accounting/ finance
Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals
A robust drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines
Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace
