We’re looking for an experienced, confident and passionate barista to join our growing team at SATHU’s Deli, a busy neighbourhood café specialising in specialty coffee, freshly made sandwiches and positive vibes.

We’re a small, passionate team that takes pride in quality coffee, excellent food and genuine hospitality.

What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a busy café environment
Strong espresso knowledge, milk texturing and latte art skills
Confidence working independently behind the coffee machine during busy service
Ability to maintain speed and consistency without compromising quality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong teamwork, initiative and attention to detail
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
Availability for early starts and weekend shifts

Your responsibilities:




Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based beverages
Maintain coffee quality and efficient workflow during peak service
Support daily café operations and customer service
Maintain cleanliness, stock levels and coffee equipment
Work closely with the Café Manager and wider team
Help maintain SATHU’s service standards
