About the role

As a Specialist Cleaning Team Member, you'll be the reason our clients see the difference — literally. Your work will help prevent damage, improve hygiene, and keep properties looking their best. Whether it's high dusting in a warehouse, vacuuming gutters before the rainy season, or restoring carpets to their former glory, you'll be trusted to deliver excellence every time.

Key responsibilities
Perform window cleaning, carpet cleaning, gutter vacuuming, high dusting, and other specialist cleaning tasks
Operate professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Follow job checklists to ensure all tasks meet high standards
Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth, skilled service

About you
A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality results
Reliability — showing up on time and ready to work
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions




Physical fitness and comfort working at heights or outdoors
Experience with specialist cleaning equipment (preferred but training provided)
A current driver's license
EWP license (preferred but not essential)
Working at hights
