About the role

Bar Kokomo is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Bar Manager to join our team. You will be a robust leader who can manage daily bar operations, lead a team, and ensure customers receive outstanding service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
Lead, train, motivate, and manage bar staff
Manage staff rosters, shift allocations, and attendance
Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place supplier orders
Ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and compliance with relevant NT liquor licensing requirements
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety standards
Monitor sales, control costs, and minimize wastage
Assist with promotions, events, and strategies to improve business performance

About you
Previous experience working in cocktail bar or bar management
Strong leadership,



communication, and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and staff management
Current NT RSA certification, or willingness to obtain it as required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
A positive attitude and reliability
