Island Gold Coast on the Surfers Paradise precinct is seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our boutique hotel kitchen. This full time role includes early morning shifts and weekend hours, with prospects for casual work too.

You will lead breakfast service, handle short-order cooking and eggs, maintain an efficient prep flow, support junior staff, and uphold a clean, well-organised station in a quick-paced morning environment.
