Position: Restaurant / Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
Manage, train, and supervise staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage stock, inventory, ordering, and costs.
Handle bookings, customer feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor sales and help achieve business targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or bar management.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of stock control and daily operations.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Responsible, organised, and team-oriented.
