Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a friendly Host for Sailmaker, a 272-seat dining venue in the CBD. You will greet and seat guests, answer inquiries, and handle cashiering in a high-volume, guest-focused workplace.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, present well, and can work autonomously. NSW RSA and Australian working rights are required; expect a 38-hour week on a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends.
