Colombo Social in Enmore, Sydney is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and shape the next chapter of the Enmore restaurant. You will oversee day-to-day service, build a strong team, and collaborate with the kitchen and wider operations to deliver a outstanding guest experience and robust venue performance.

This role is full time with a salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus tips, reflecting NSW hospitality standards and a commitment to social impact through Plate It Forward.
