Trattoria Emilia is seeking a kitchen hand to join our team. We are a close-knit group that runs on passion and enthusiasm. You will provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.

For this role you will need to:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar
Experience in a rapid-paced restaurant environment advantageous
Understanding of food hygiene and safety
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Positive attitude
