Working as part of a team and under the supervision of the department manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through the claims process and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
As a Claims Officer, you will be the key point of contact for clients during their most critical moments, helping them navigate claims to obtain the best possible outcome.Key responsibilitiesManaging and processing insurance claims from initial notification through to settlement and closureLiaising with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and other stakeholders to gather information and expedite claimsProviding expert guidance to clients on their policy coverage, entitlements and the claims processPreparing comprehensive claim documentation and supporting evidence to submit to insurersMonitoring claim progress and keeping clients updated on status and outcomesHandling disputes and negotiating settlements on behalf of clientsMaintaining detailed and accurate records of all claims' activities and communicationsIdentifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and streamline claims proceduresSupporting colleagues across the team to ensure consistent service standardsWhat we're looking forExperience working in insurance claims management is preferred but not essentialExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clientsExceptional organisational and time management abilities,
