This hands-on role balances day-to-day endpoint reliability with complex project rollouts to deliver an exceptional contemporary workplace experience.Key ResponsibilitiesModern Device & M365 Management:Configure and manage Windows devices using Intune/MEM (compliance, configuration, Autopilot, securitybaselines, app deployment).
Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.Maintain SOE standards and device lifecycle processes.Application Packaging & Deployment:Package and deploy applications at enterprise scale using Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE or BigFix.Manage the application lifecycle-testing, versioning, and documentation.Patch & Windows Update Management:Manage update rings, feature updates,



and security patching through Intune or BigFix.Ensure high compliance and minimal business interruption.Support VDI environments including image maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation.Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop is an advantage.Key SkillsExperience working on EUC projects, including deployments, upgrades, or technology rolloutsYou have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM, and modern workplace tools.5+ years' in enterprise IT environmentsMinimum 2 years enterprise application packagingStrong PowerShell scriptingExperience with AD, Entra, GPO, and SOE managementStrong technical troubleshooting, organizational, and stakeholder communication skillsPersonal Attributes:Collaborative team player who stays calm under pressure.Strong attention to detail with a proactive, proactive learning mindset.Adaptable to changing business needs.If this opportunity sounds like a challenge you have been looking for please apply online today.
