As a Guest Service Host - Receptionist, you are the host of that moment and the thread that runs through every stay.You will greet and settle guests, anticipate their needs before they voice them, and bring their stay together across dining, spa and experiences in the surrounding landscape.
You will know who is celebrating, who prefers the quiet table, and who would appreciate a car waiting after dinner.
