This is a part time position that offers flexibility whilst delivering exceptional service to our guests.
As Front of House Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.Key responsibilitiesCompleting beverage orders accurately and efficiently, with some food orders at timesServing beverages with attention to detail and presentation standardsProviding knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, wines, and specialsProcessing payments and managing the point-of-sale systemClearing and resetting tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for the next service, when necessarySupporting FOH operations while providing beverage serviceResponding promptly and courteously to guest requests and concernsMaintaining compliance with health and safety regulationsCollaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service deliveryWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in hospitality, dining, or bar service rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer serviceAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composureKnowledge beverage including wine and cocktailsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailFlexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysTeam player attitude with a positive and professional demeanourRelevant RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
