As we prepare to open our newest dining venue, we're looking for talented hospitality professionals who share our commitment to quality, community, and outstanding customer service.About the RoleAs a Mixologist, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service to our guests.Your ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages to a high standardDeliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer serviceFollow recipes and maintain consistency in presentation and qualityRecommend drinks and provide knowledgeable menu suggestionsAssist with cocktail preparation, bar setup, and stock replenishmentMaintain a clean, organised,



and well-presented bar areaWork closely with front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth serviceAssist with opening and closing proceduresUphold responsible service practices and workplace standardsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about cocktails, mixology, and hospitalityExperienced in cocktail preparation and bar serviceConfident engaging with guests and creating memorable experiencesCalm, efficient, and reliable in a fast-paced environmentWell-presented with excellent communication skillsA positive team player who enjoys working collaborativelyAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysRSA certification is essential.
