With showrooms throughout NSW and Victoria, we're continuing to grow by delivering quality products and exceptional customer service.Wynstan is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in a contractor capacity.This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate measures and quotes, recommending suitable products and contributing to sales targets and business growth.What you'll be doingMeet with customers to provide accurate measurements, quotes and product recommendationsFollow up leads, drive conversions and follow up customer holds within set timeframesBuild solid customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and new businessDevelop relationships with key accountsWork with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targetsProvide exceptional customer service, both internally and externallyKeep up to date with new products and attend product trainingPrepare and submit accurate paperworkCollect customer deposits where appropriate and utilise EFTPOS onsiteWork closely with showroom staff and support the Wynstan showroom experienceAttend weekly and monthly meetings,



team meetings and showroom openings/launchesSupport other Sales Consultants as requiredWork safely, report hazards and follow WHS policies and proceduresAbout youWe're looking for someone who has:Previous trade or carpentry experience is desirableStrong measuring skills with a keen eye for detailThe ability to work autonomously and take initiativeA team-focused approachThe ability to understand customer needs and think outside the boxThe ability to manage conflict appropriatelyWell-presented and professionalThe ability to continually develop and refine sales techniquesMust have ABNWhat we're looking forYou'll be someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and finding the right solution for their needs.
