You'll lead and support project teams to deliver strong, profitable outcomes while maintaining the high standards Symal is known for.What you'll be doingLead the successful delivery of major civil infrastructure projectsDrive project profitability, forecasting, cash flow and commercial performanceManage commercial risk, variations, EOTs, claims and contractual mattersOversee major procurement packages and subcontractor performanceBuild strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat workProvide visible leadership across safety, quality and project deliveryLead, mentor and develop Project Managers and engineering teamsEnsure projects are appropriately resourced with clear roles and accountabilityDrive consistent standards and best practice across multiple projectsAbout youYou're an established construction leader with a strong track record in major civil infrastructure and the commercial capability to match.You'll bring:Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentApproximately 15 years' relevant construction experienceProven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects valued at $30M+Experience leading large project and engineering teamsStrong commercial capability across forecasting, procurement, variations,
