What's your role?
Manage projects in our health category delivering to customer briefs
Research, bench development and customer concept presentations
Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
Search suitable ingredients, recipes and formulations
Modify existing products and processes and develop current ones
Research market and trends, work on proactive opportunities




Prepare product costing based on raw materials, manufacturing costs
Calculate nutritionals using FoodWorks
Coordinate launches of new products and running trials
On-site role Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm at Derrimut.

What you'll bring to the role.
A degree in food science
Demonstrated work experience in a food product development role
Experience in health food formulation, sports nutrition advantageous
Cooking skills, creativity, able to develop flavour profiles
A genuine passion for food and trends, contributes ideas to the team
Sound knowledge of food regulations, legislation and safety.
