Shift Supervisor – Deluxe Gourmet Pizza Cronulla

Deluxe Gourmet Pizza Cronulla is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Trading Hours

4:00pm - 9:00pm

Shifts ranging from Monday - Fri .

Must be available Fridays

Opportunities for more shifts/hours

Pay is according to Quick Food Award 21 years and over.

What you’ll do
Lead and support the team to achieve operational targets and goals
Oversee daily food preparation
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and store presentation
Customer Service
Prepare, cook, cut, and present pizzas to company quality and presentation standards
Coaching and training of current employees
