SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst

About the Role

Our client is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support a major HR and payroll transformation project. This hands-on role will focus on end-to-end hire-to-retire testing across a SuccessFactors rollout.

Working closely with the business will support testing activities from preparation and execution through to go-live and hypercare, ensuring system quality, data integrity and payroll accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and test data across SuccessFactors modules.
Perform functional, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT) and regression testing.
Validate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, integrations, data replication and payroll outcomes.
Support payroll parallel testing, data migration validation and reconciliation.
Manage defects, coordinate retesting and maintain test evidence and requirements traceability.
Support cutover,



go-live readiness, smoke testing and post-implementation hypercare.
Collaborate with business SMEs, technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and report testing progress.

About You

Essential experience:
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors testing
Robust understanding of end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle events and EC-to-ECP integration.
Experience across SIT, UAT, regression and payroll parallel testing.
Proven capability in test preparation, execution, defect management and reporting.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
