Restaurant Cleaner – Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, equipment, benches, and floors.
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, toilets, corridors, and the car park.
Wash dishes and cleaning equipment as required.
Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly.
Follow all cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and ready for daily operations.
Complete cleaning duties efficiently and work well as part of a team.





Requirements:
Robust attention to detail and a good work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
Willingness to work adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
