Plan and Support Services in Australia is seeking a Customer Care (Contact Centre) team member to join our team. You will guide NDIS participants, nominees and providers across Australia, helping them navigate questions and complex processes with empathy and explicit communication.

This part time role offers hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, across Melbourne, Sydney, and adaptable for Adelaide and Brisbane locations.
