Sora Rooftop Bar in Sydney is seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, lead the bar team and drive exceptional service standards across the venue. You will work closely with the Venue Manager and senior management to maintain efficiency, maximise beverage sales and deliver a premium guest experience.

The role requires solid cocktail knowledge, proven leadership in rapid-paced venues, RSA compliance and a passion for hospitality.
