UCA Queensland Forest Lake is seeking a Lead Educator for a permanent part time role (37.5 hours per week). You will lead play-based learning, mentor colleagues and contribute to a warm, community-focused centre.

You will plan EYLF/QKLG-aligned programs, build solid relationships with children and families, and step into the Responsible Person role when required. Competitive rates with above-award pay considered and ongoing career development.
