Bookkeeping will be the main function at the start of Employment with some payroll and plenty of room for Growth and Advancement.This role is considered fast paced and you will never be bored,



due to the variety of works undertakenRequired Attributes:FriendlyQuick thinkerTeam PlayerPossess a desire to learn current online softwaresLike helping othersProficient in Microsoft Office suiteGood organizational and analytical skillsExcellent Verbal and written English communication skills are essentialKnowledge of Xero (desirable but NOT essential)Initial ResponsibilitesData Entry into our Clients Job SystemsPayroll on XEROBAS / IAS / Superannuation / Payroll Tax / TPARLiasing with Clients regarding their workWorkHoursWorking Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm.As our Business is a Bookkeeping Business, each quarter there is a 3-4 week period where the days may be slightly longer due to the BAS cmpliance requirements of our Clients.QualificationsBusiness Admin or Bookkeeping Qualifications Certificates are preferable but not essentialThe Salary Package selected will be determined by the relative experience of the applicantBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
