We are currently seeking for an experienced and motivated full time Cook/chef who can join us and develop our brand.

An ideal candidate will be a passionate individual committed to maintaining a high standard of food quality, preparation, service, safety and hygiene in our kitchen according to the standards required by the management.

Your skills and experiences
Minimum of 2 years experience in a cooking role or equivalent.
Hold minimum an Australian Certificate IV of commercial cookery or overseas equivalent.
Excellent communication and organisational skills demonstrated by working within the shift team to ensure all Mise en Place is ready and orders are fulfilled.
A passion for delivering exceptional cuisine, maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served.
Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.





Your tasks and responsibilities
Prepare and cook food following recipes and instructions from the chefs.
Appropriately portioning, plating up and seasoning food during service
Correctly storing food items following food safety regulations.
Preparing food to meet client’s dietary requirements
Clean the kitchen before and after service.
Follow all necessary work health and safety regulations.

What’s on offer

Annual salary – $74,000 to 80,000
