Trevallyn Gourmet Bakery is seeking a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our front-of-house team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, takes pride in providing great service and can contribute to a positive and welcoming shop workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time work, with the potential for hours to increase over time.

About the role
Approximately 12–20 hours per week, with room to grow
Shifts range from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Serving customers and handling food safely
Preparing coffees and other customer orders
Operating the register and handling payments
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the shop
General front-of-house duties

About you
Friendly,



approachable and customer-focused
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Confident communicating with customers
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable handling cash and operating a register
Previous hospitality, retail or food-handling experience is an advantage
Barista experience is beneficial but not essential
