Responsibilities & Duties
Interpret work orders as drafted by Sales Arborists and lead a crew to perform all aspects of a tree care project, from fine pruning to technical tree removal.
Maintain and care for trees and shrubs by lopping limbs and shaping branches,
Removing dead or decaying trees, and advising on general tree care.
Climb smartly and safely, operate company equipment such as our monitor lift, bucket trucks, skid steers, and stump grinders
Communicate with senior staff and administration to ensure all job details are accounted for.
Complete duties, such as truck logs, associated with driving your assigned company vehicle.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills We are Looking For
Certificate III Arboriculture or equivalent
Ideally 2+ years climbing experience
Competent rope-based rigging and climbing
Attention to detail
A MR/HR class driver’s license
The ability to work as part of a team with a mature outlook and valuable communication skills

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
