day to day file management of insolvency appointments (corporate and bankruptcy files)
preparation of creditor reports, statutory reports and lodgments
liaising with directors, employees, creditors and other stakeholders
collection and investigation into records
calculation of employee entitlements and Fair Entitlement Guarantee verifications.
investigations into insolvent trading, voidable transactions and offences committed by officers
