Skills & Experience
Leadership,



support and audit of the Clinical Care Department and to ensure optimum performance and Accreditation compliance.
Provide on-the-spot training & education.
Monitor Care Planning, Assessment & Progress Reporting to ascertain that all records are up to date and are indicative of the resident’s individual needs.
Actively participate and coordinate Continuous Improvement and Infection Control activities.
Monitor and supervise staff work practices to ensure required care standards are achieved.
Clinical indicator findings and trends.
Ensure staff compliance with Policies & Practices.
Able to work without direct supervision.
Display initiative, integrity and a robust work ethic.
Hold a current Police Check
AHPRA Registration with no restrictions.
Minimum 5 years RN experience.
