The Role:
Supporting a residential portfolio tailored to your experience
Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and work orders
Assist with lease renewals and rental increases
Manage tenancy administration and arrears
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation

The Candidate:
Previous Property Management experience is advantageous, they would consider a robust entry level applicant
Certificate of Registration (COR)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience with Property Tree, REI Forms or Inspection Manager advantageous
A genuine desire to grow with the business long-term
