About Us

Crystal Aura Food & Beverages is launching an exciting Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) café in Melbourne CBD, combining authentic Indian street food with contemporary Australian café favourites.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and maintaining effective kitchen operations.

About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will:
Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with stock control and food preparation.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Help maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen.

About You

You will have:
Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen experience.
Experience in Indian cuisine, café kitchens or QSR environments (preferred).




Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
