Help us build something special. Discover My World is a family-owned early learning group opening our newest service in Crows Nest – a 74-place, purpose-built centre beside the new Crows Nest Metro. This is a rare chance to help build a team and a culture from scratch. We're looking for an energetic, organised Assistant Director who's excited to lead alongside our Centre Director from day one.

What you'll do
Support the Centre Director with the day-to-day running of the service
Lead, coach and mentor a brand-new team of educators
Help recruit, onboard and build a positive, supportive team culture
Build strong relationships with families and grow enrolments
Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and NQS
Step into the Responsible Person role when the Director is away

What you'll bring




Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – ECT qualification highly regarded
Leadership experience in long day care (2IC, Room Leader or similar)
Solid knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF V2.0
Eligible to be a Nominated Supervisor / Responsible Person
Working With Children Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, Child Protection training
