About the role

Working within the Risk & Claims function, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy risk and claims team within a community-focused organisation in Melbourne's south east.

Key responsibilities
Processing insurance and compensation claims
Maintaining accurate records and supporting data management activities
Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and written communication
Providing administrative support to the Risk Management Coordinator
Supporting the team across general risk and claims processes

About you
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage enquiries professionally
High attention to detail and excellent administrative capability




Solid experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Confidence working with customer request and records management systems
Previous experience in risk, insurance, or claims
Understanding of risk management principles
