POSITION
Due to strong growth the position of Senior Administrator has been created.
The role will involve the following:
Support the accounting teamAct as the PA for the Manager and DirectorClient relationship management (mainly primary producer clients)Managing workflow and deadlinesLiaising with the ATOLiasing with banks and other third partiesInvoicingDatabase managementAny other administrative duties as required
CANDIDATE




The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Administration is desirable however my client is willing to consider candidates from other corporate backgrounds/industriesExperience with all facets of public practice administration (ideal but not necessary)Exceptional communication and presentation skillsOutstanding attention to detailAble to meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to be a team player
