We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager to join our busy & growing branch in Brisbane, where your priority is to provide exceptional customer service and support your team and manager.A copy of the full position description can be supplied upon request to ****** successful candidate will be required to:Oversee the flow of customers including smooth shuttle operations, readiness, and compliance of vehicles, and ensuring efficient operation of the branchHave a strong sales background and ability to mentor others in sales related trainingManage all staff on site in the Branch Manager's absence including rostering and reporting, problem solving where staff have not reported for workMonitor and look for improvements on staff sales & customer service levels presented to customers by all branch staffAddress customer issues/complaints as required and where Branch Manager is unavailable,



or has assigned this task to youMonitor and ensure a high level of presentation and compliance of staff apparel, office and shuttlebus cleanliness, and rental car readiness at all timesThe role requires the following skills/attributes:Previous retail sales management experience, with strong customer service skills and commercial acumenExceptional people management skillsGood strategic and time-management skillsAbility to problem solveImpeccable personal presentation and groomingSelf-motivated with a passion for the car rental industryFull driver's licenceTeam SpiritWhat's on offer?
