The Marketing Coordinator will help strengthen regional presence across Australia, UK, and Europe – and as we grow, additional regions.
The role spans SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, CRM management, content production, and event coordination, with day-to-day support across the full marketing mix.The successful candidate will be a proactive, all-round marketer who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to longer-term strategic projects.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role will be defined by:Improved organic search visibility and backlink profile across Australia, UK, and EU marketsConsistent, high-quality content and social media output across key channelsWell-coordinated events delivered on time and to brief across AU and UK/EU regionsMeasurable growth in social media engagement and reach across platformsClean, segmented CRM data that supports effective outbound marketing and ABM campaignsKey responsibilitiesConduct keyword research tailored to Australian, UK, and European audiences and identify backlink opportunities with high domain authorityAudit existing web pages and recommend SEO improvementsSubmit listings to relevant directories for increased visibilityCreate and adapt marketing content for regional audiences across Australia, UK, and Europe (mainly using PowerPoint and Word)Support coordination of website localisation and translation as regional presence growsAssist with copywriting, blog posts, case studies,



and other marketing collateralSupport the planning and delivery of events across Australia and the UK/EUResearch and compare venue options, covering AV, catering, and scalabilityManage content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platformsMaintain and segment CRM data for outbound targeting and campaign managementAbout you1–3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology environmentSolid understanding of SEO and GEO principles, keyword research, and web content best practicesProficient with PowerPoint, Excel & WordExperience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms, and basic web design or CMS managementHighly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft & Google WorkspacesClear written communication and attention to detailRight to Work: Candidates must possess full, unrestricted working rights in Australia and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
