The Opportunity
To support our ongoing growth, we are recruiting a team of motivated paralegals to work closely with our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of legal projects for a growing number of Australian and international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Document review and preparation
Contract negotiation
Working directly with clients and in-house legal teams to progress legal projects
Developing AI prompts and playbooks
Working under close supervision of experienced senior lawyers

The Ideal Candidate
Prior experience as Paralegal or administrative assistant in a busy environment.

Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our agile team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and be able to support our team in various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting legal research and analysis
Preparing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Assisting with discovery and evidence collection
Organising and maintaining legal files

Qualifications
