Dental Receptionist – Cosmetic Practice, Subiaco

Dental 359 is a cosmetic dental practice on Rokeby Road, Subiaco, with our own in-house dental lab. We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist to run the front desk and be the first impression for our patients, both on the phone and in person.

The role
Greeting patients warmly and keeping the reception experience polished
Managing the appointment book, rebooking and recalls, and taking payments
Answering calls and following up enquiries to help current patients book consultations
General admin and data entry, plus supporting social media and patient communications

About you
Experience in reception or customer service (dental or medical highly regarded)
A confident communicator who is comfortable discussing treatment options and fees
Organised, detail-oriented, and calm when the phones and the waiting room both get busy
Comfortable with technology. CareStack experience is a bonus, and we’ll train you either way.
