Your new role:

As the SAP Architect, you will provide architecture leadership and continuity while the Principal SAP Architect is on extended leave.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing architecture guidance across SAP systems, services and integrations
Reviewing proposed solutions and designs to identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
Supporting the design and delivery of SAP initiatives, enhancements and integrations
Ensuring solutions consider security, data, performance, resilience and ongoing operational requirements
Working with business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors and technical specialists to develop practical solutions
Maintaining architecture decisions, design principles and technical documentation
Providing timely advice on architecture issues, risks and exceptions
Supporting knowledge transfer and a smooth handover at the end of the engagement





What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a senior SAP architecture role within a complex organisation
Strong knowledge of SAP solution architecture, integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles
Experience reviewing solution designs and guiding delivery teams through architectural decisions
The ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear, practical and supportable solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a part-time role
