About Aroma Bakery & Café

At Aroma Bakery & Café, we're passionate about delivering exceptional food, quality coffee and memorable customer experiences. With three locations across Brisbane — Carina, Carindale and Chermside — we've built a reputation for our handcrafted pastries, freshly prepared food and commitment to quality.

We're looking for passionate, reliable and productive Sandwich Artists to join our growing team.

Our food menu features a range of freshly made gourmet sandwiches, focaccias, ciabattas and other savoury creations, prepared using quality ingredients with a solid focus on flavour, freshness and presentation.

We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have an eye for detail and can thrive in a quick-paced kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for preparing beautiful,

consistent products while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and efficiency.

At Aroma, we value teamwork, accountability, initiative and a positive attitude. We want people who are passionate about food, willing to learn and committed to delivering the same high standards every day.

If you love working with food, enjoy being creative and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you!
