Karlka Fencewright is a leading provider of fencing and infrastructure solutions across Western Australia. We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive business development, quoting, and client engagement across a diverse range of projects.

About the Role

As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing robust client relationships, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring a seamless transition of projects from sales to delivery. You will work closely with clients, estimators, project managers, and operational teams to deliver high-quality fencing and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
Determine project scope, materials, and pricing.
Manage customer communications throughout the sales process.




Coordinate project handovers to operations and project teams.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company systems and QHSE requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential
Previous experience in a sale, estimating, or business development role.
Experience within the construction, manufacturing, civil, or related industries.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Highly Desirable
Experience within the fencing industry.
Knowledge of commercial, industrial, security, or infrastructure fencing projects.
Experience preparing quotations and estimates for fencing works.
Familiarity with estimating software such as Simpro.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
