Production Assistant – Meat Processing

What you’ll be doing
Preparing beef for processing
Trim and slice beef (fat and silver skin)
Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and secure
Following HACCP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Supporting the team with general production tasks as needed
Machine operation (vacuum tumbler, slicer machine, meat grinder, sausage stuffing)





What we’re looking for
Experience in food production or meat processing is preferred, but not essential for the right person
Experience with machines
Good attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of hands-on work
Comfortable working with knives
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a excellent crew
