In this role, you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Identify and secure new commercial and industrial waste management opportunities
Manage and grow key customer relationships
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
Monitor market trends and identify recent business opportunities
Collaborate with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

About You
Proven success in B2B sales leadership
Strong business development and relationship management skills




Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities
Waste management, environmental services or related industry experience will be highly regarded
